Clear Session
Clear Session set out to create an interactive workspace that physicians could use in real time while speaking with patients, helping streamline workflows and improve the quality of care conversations. The founder had a clear vision for the problem space but needed more than developers: a long-term technology partner capable of shaping product direction, building the platform from scratch, and iterating rapidly with a founder-led team.
The Solution
Building healthcare software from scratch comes with unique complexity. The product needed to evolve rapidly while balancing usability, reliability, and long-term scalability. The founder had a clear understanding of the problem space, but translating that vision into a real product required defining the product collaboratively from early concepts and rough sketches, creating a scalable technical foundation from day one, and iterating quickly through feedback and evolving requirements.
WyeWorks became Clear Session’s technology partner, leading the entire software development lifecycle from idea to deployment. Working closely with the founder, we assembled a team of engineers, designers, and QA that helped shape the product experience, define features, and continuously iterate as the platform evolved. Rather than operating as an external vendor, we worked as an embedded product and engineering team responsible for product and technical strategy, full-stack development, architecture and infrastructure decisions, sprint planning and delivery, and collaborative product refinement with the founder and stakeholders.
Throughout the last year, WyeWorks has worked with us on taking our idea and translating it into a functional and great platform in what has been a fantastic collaboration. WyeWorks is highly engaged and solves problems effectively and collaboratively with me. Whenever something goes wrong, they’re incredibly responsive. Everything they’ve developed has worked well, and development is probably their strongest suit.
The collaboration was highly iterative. Ideas often started as conversations or rough sketches and evolved into polished, production-ready features through continuous feedback and rapid implementation cycles. Together, we built a fully functional healthcare platform: an interactive workspace that enables healthcare professionals to access and organize information seamlessly during live sessions. WyeWorks developed the platform end-to-end, from initial architecture and product foundations to deployment and ongoing maintenance, reaching a mature alpha stage ready for testing with doctors and real-world usage scenarios.
The Results
Over the course of the engagement, Clear Session successfully transformed from an early-stage concept into a functioning healthcare platform with a solid technical foundation and a clear path toward real-world adoption. The collaboration enabled the company to bring a complex healthcare product to life from scratch, rapidly iterate on product ideas and workflows, translate rough concepts into polished features, and build a scalable platform ready for alpha testing with doctors.
Clear Session continues to evolve, with WyeWorks supporting the platform’s ongoing development, maintenance, and future product growth. What started as a founder’s vision has become a real, usable product, one built through close collaboration, iterative development, and a shared commitment to creating meaningful healthcare technology.
