As high season was around the corner and the demand for new innovating products was rapidly increasing, Fountain needed extra capacity to deliver much needed custom features requested by their biggest clients.
Founded in 2014, Fountain started with a vision to transform the hiring of hourly workers. Set out to be a trusted partner in frontline workforce management, they make every process smarter, faster, and simpler.
We quickly integrated with their developers and worked directly with the engineering managers in order to establish priorities. We ended up adding 8 engineers to their teams: the power needed to help them cross the finish line. As some functionalities were more user-facing, and others required more backend logic to handle the workflows, we provided a blended team of front & back end developers that matched those needs.
With our help, Fountain achieved their objectives on time, enabling them to hire hundreds of thousands of workers in no time. During our collaboration, we also helped them launch three different products, elevating their offering to higher levels.
